Estate Goat offers:

• Estate liquidation services

• Property cleanouts and removal

• Donation and disposal coordination

• Estate sale setup, pricing, and management

• Additional services as outlined in individual service agreements

All services are performed according to the scope defined in your written estimate or contract.

2. Service Agreements

Before work begins, clients will receive:

• A written estimate or proposal

• A description of services

• Pricing and payment terms

By approving the estimate or scheduling services, you agree to the terms outlined in that agreement.

3. Payments & Fees

• Payment terms will be stated in your service agreement.

• Deposits or scheduling fees may be required to secure service dates.

• All payments become non‑refundable once services have begun, including labor deployment, sorting, hauling, or estate sale preparation.

• Additional fees may apply for hazardous materials, excessive debris, inaccessible areas, or services outside the original scope.

4. Non‑Refundable Policy

Once any portion of the service has started, all payments are non‑refundable. This includes:

• On‑site labor

• Travel to the property

• Sorting, organizing, or removal

• Estate sale advertising or setup

• Disposal or donation processing

Clients who cancel after work has begun remain responsible for all charges incurred.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property

• Disclose any hazardous materials, structural issues, or safety concerns

• Identify items that must not be removed, sold, or disposed of

• Ensure utilities (electricity, lighting, etc.) are available when needed

Estate Goat is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or unsafe conditions.

6. Property & Item Handling

During cleanouts or liquidation:

• Items not specifically identified as “keep” may be removed, donated, sold, or disposed of

• Estate Goat is not liable for items left in the home that were not clearly designated to be preserved

• Photographs may be taken for documentation, marketing, or inventory purposes

Clients are encouraged to remove all personal or sensitive items before service begins.

7. Estate Sale Terms (If Applicable)

For estate sales:

• Pricing is determined by Estate Goat based on market knowledge and professional judgment

• Unsold items may be donated, disposed of, or left on-site depending on the agreement

• Estate Goat is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss during public sale events

8. Liability Limitations

Estate Goat is not liable for:

• Pre‑existing property damage

• Structural issues, pests, mold, or hazardous conditions

• Loss of items not clearly identified as “do not remove”

• Delays caused by weather, access issues, or client‑related changes

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Third‑Party Services

We may coordinate with:

• Donation centers

• Disposal facilities

• Recycling services

• Subcontractors

Estate Goat is not responsible for the policies or actions of third‑party providers.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for partial refunds, minus administrative or scheduling costs.

• Cancellations after work begins are non‑refundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional fees.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the site

• Copy or distribute content without permission

• Submit false or misleading information

All website content is the property of Estate Goat.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell client information.

13. Changes to Terms
