Estate Goat provides specialized estate liquidation and cleanout services that require significant planning, labor, scheduling, and resource allocation. Because of the nature of these services, all payments become non‑refundable once services have begun.

This policy ensures fairness, protects the time and labor invested, and allows us to deliver efficient, high‑quality service to every client.

To secure your service date, Estate Goat may require a deposit or scheduling fee.

Deposits are non‑refundable once a service date is confirmed.
Deposits may be applied toward the final invoice unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
